One of the most frustrating but common things dog parents have to put up with is to get their dogs to behave before a walk or some other errand.
It’s just not pleasant, but many dogs are just too excited about whatever they’re anticipating at the destination to think about their pooch parent’s feelings.
Today, however, these two Bulldogs named Bentley and Finn saw their mom get their leashes. That meant they were going out for a walk!
But Bentley was too excited to wait for his mom to grab the leashes from the closet. He wanted to go NOW!
Bentley goes running up, gets close to their mom, and starts bouncing around. Finn, on the other hand, sees that his brother is excited and wants a leash as well.
But since he doesn’t want to step on neither his mom nor his brother, he stayed calm. Pretty soon, mom got the walking vest strapped on Finn.
Bentley was doing his thing in the corner, wh he suddenly grabbed the leash in mom’s hand with his mouth. He went from excited mode to absolutely raring-to-go mode in mere seconds.
Mom had to tug at the leash with all her might to prevent her pet from getting it all by himself. Could you imagine if the pooch did and actually walked himself out? That would have been a disaster!
Finally, mom gets the leash on Bentley and they all leave for their walk. Pets are great, but walking them can sometimes be nothing but frustrating.
After all, dogs tend to get excited when they see that leash come out from the closet which takes away from that parent-pet bond.
Something just clicks in them and they become a handful all of a sudden. One thing’s for sure, these doggos love a walk in the park, and Bentley’s okay with walking himself out!
