Jake was a stray before the group named The Sato Project rescued him in front of a large plant in Puerto Rico. Soon, he was adopted into a loving family, where he now receives all the affection and care he deserves.
Jake’s human mother, Lauren Westling, admitted that he is so affectionate that she could not imagine him living as a stray. Lauren remarked that Jake is the most lovable and eccentric dog she had ever met and she is very happy to have him.
The dog has two human brothers named Owen and Weston. Jake adores them both, but he is especially devoted to Owen and delights in shadowing him in and about the house.
Lauren recalled that Jake follows a pattern before bedtime. The dog would always wait outside Owen’s bedroom door, and as soon as she finishes tucking him in, he lies down with him.
Owen used to attend school before the COVID-19 pandemic. The young boy now attends classes via the application Zoom, and Jake could not be happier with the new arrangement. He has his favorite human always in the house!
Jake is typically well-behaved, especially when Owen is attending his Zoom lessons, according to Lauren. However, he realized that his favorite person’s attention was diverted elsewhere, so he would act immediately.
Jake became interested in Owen’s Zoom activity and wanted to participate by making his presence known to Owen’s classmates and teachers. The dog would snuggle up to Owen and continue to place his paws on his arms.
Lauren revealed that while Owen and his classmates found the dog’s attempt to distract the students amusing, his teachers were less amused. Owen ultimately conceded and permitted him to attend his classes.
You’re so funny, Jake. Please let Owen focus on his classes. He’ll have time for you after, we promise.
